Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Lost in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or expired product received
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will request your bank account/UPI details to process the refund.
3. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved returns will be processed for replacement within 2–3 business days.
- Replacements are expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, absolutely unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items bought on Sale/Clearance
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos/videos of the damaged product for verification.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at order@roygems.in. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
