Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates
- Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹999: Flat rate charge of ₹99
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for orders with a total value below ₹3000. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment and receive the package.
6. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of India.
